I remember her account in a sudden pop up in my follow suggestion list and I found it interesting. then I randomly followed her because I have a plan to travel to Korea. From the very first day, I used her luggage service to keep our luggage when I was travelling to Busan. The luggages were picked up from our first hotel and she delivered it again to our next hotel in Seoul , so we didnt need to travel to busan while carrying our big luggage (since I travelled with baby, it's so difficult to bring all the luggages). Whether it was taking me to hidden gems, offering help to reserve seat on a restaurants, recommending the best places to eat, or asking anything I want to know about Korea, I always felt like I was in the best hands. She was always patient, attentive, and willing to help. One of my experience was when I left breastpump (I am a breastfeeding mom) in Busan , and she helped me to communicate to the hotel staff and arranged the delivery to my hotel in seoul. I really really appreciate the help, she saved my life because I really need that stuff for my wellbeing. And also she recommend me places while I could buy the new breastpump as soon as possible while waiting for the delivery to arrive. without her help, i think we couldn't solved this problem smoothly. Highly recommend this service even if you have been to Korea a few times like myself, and know how to get from Airport to city/hotel. Now, travelling on the airport trains without luggage was no stress at all! We can straight away start our day, or have our meal, and the luggage is already waiting at the hotel in the evening when we arrive to check-in.

I was quite skeptical at first whether our luggages will safely arrive at our hotel. But, choosing your luggage service was the best choice I could make during my trip.
I could directly go to shopping for my kids’ needs when we arrive Seoul without going to the hotel to drop our luggages and even better she provided live concierge service for 3 days!
